KC CareLink

KC CareLink is a non-profit electronic health information exchange linking health care providers in our bi-state community. Using a web-based electronic referrals system developed by BOLD, participating health care providers are able to ensure that they can better coordinate and deliver care to their patients, particularly the under-insured and uninsured.

Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City

HCF is dedicated to improving access and quality of health for uninsured and underserved individuals and communities in Kansas City, Missouri and a six county service area in Kansas (Allen, Johnson, Wyandotte) and Missouri (Cass, Jackson, Lafayette).
