Since 2001, BOLD has worked with KC CareLInk to develop and maintain a complex, web-based referral system that helps partnering health care providers deliver informed, collaborative health care to uninsured and underinsured local citizens. BOLD has used various tools, such as access controls, encryption and audit trails, to ensure the system built behind the website is secure and HIPAA compliant.
